Ray Gillespie - Parisi Director & Fitness Consultant

Ray is a graduate of Waynesburg University with a degree in business management. He was captain of the Waynesburg University basketball team for two years and lettered for four years. He also is the assistant coach for the Steel Valley Varsity Girls basketball team. Ray enjoys working with the Parisi kids because he once was a high school athlete himself and still plays basketball, so he feels like he has been where the kids are now and he knows how to help them improve.




Josh McIntyre - Fitness Consultant & Parisi Coach

Josh has a background in hockey, long distance running & amateur boxing. He placed first in the Beaver Valley Heritage Valley Health Systems 5k in the summer of 2010. He is experienced in training that focuses on cutting fat & dropping weight in short periods of time. Josh is extremely passionate about living a healthy life style through the correct diet & exercise, & is equally passionate about helping others to do the same & better their lives. He knows how to get the best out of his clients, & how to motivate them to give, and be the best they can possibly be.




Kevin Schmitt - Fitness Consultant & CrossFit Supernova Coach

Kevin graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. He competed as a collegiate boxer for the WVU Boxing Team, was a gymnast for 16 years, and has been coaching competitive gymnastics for the last 7 years. Kevin is an ACE Certified personal trainer and a member of the NSCA . His specialties include total body fitness, speed/agility, and flexibility. His main priority is to help his clients meet and exceed their goals in the safest, most effective way.




Mike Juricich

Mike is a recent graduate from California University, where he majored in Business Management and was a four year starter for the top ten ranked men's soccer team. His interest in personal training began in the off season when he trained with the California University's Strength and Conditioning team. After sustaining what could have been two career ending knee injuries, Mike was rehabed back to being better than before. After this experience, he vowed that he would commit his career to helping others prevent injuries and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. He begain training under the Strength and Conditioning Coaches, learning all the ins and outs of a weight room. Eventually, he was helping to coach many of the athletes at the university. These athletes include 2 players that are now in the NFL, one in the AFL and three women on the Canadian National Softball team. The Strength and Conditioning team also offered a free Boot Camp style class to faculty and staff which Mike ran. Through the Boot Camp, Mike was able to learn how to train and work with adults rather than just working with athletes. Mike is passionate about what he does and wants to make your life more healthy and enjoyable.



Susanne Kokoska

Susanne served 5 years in the Navy in active duty and is currently studying for her Master of Business Administration at Seton Hill University. After transforming her life, losing over 55lbs, going from a size 18 to a size 10 and quitting smoking. Susanne developed a profound love and passion for health and fitness and in 2011 competed in her first triathlon and ran her first half marathon. Like many of us, Susanne has faced many obstacles in her life. She understand the struggles of being an emotional eater along with the physical and mental roadblocks that keep us from reaching our fitness and weight-loss goals. She is extremely passionate about motivating people and losing weight the right, safe and effective way for achieving long-term success. Give Susanne a commitment and your dedicaiton and she will give you the strength, personal motivation and tools to help you become a weight loss success too. Not only can she help you achieve your weight-loss or fitness goals, but she can help lead you in the direction of a healthier and happier life overall! Susanne not only has a passion for outdoor cycling but she is also certified in Les Mills RPM and enjoys challenging herself by training for half and full marathons along with participating in MS 150 bike ride events.
