How do I join?

Please call 724-861-8999 or stop by Galaxy Fitness Club for details and promotions. You can also join online!

What types of memberships do you offer?

Galaxy Fitness Club offers 2 basic membership types, PLATINUM and SILVER. Please check out our Memberships Page for more information.

I lost my keytag what do I do?

If you lose your key tag please go to the front desk of your club to obtain a new one. A $6.00 replacement fee will be assessed.

Can I use Childcare if it is not included in my membership?

Yes! Childcare can be accessed for $2.00 per session.

What are my payment options?

Memberships require billing to be on your account for recurring monthly payments or you may choose to pay in full. Please note your membership will be subject to a late fee if the payment is received after your Contract bill date.

Am I allowed to bring a gues to workout with me?

There is a daily guest fee of $15.00. Some restrictions do apply for guests; please see your membership coordinator for details.

How long do I have to use my Personal Training sessions?

All Personal Training sessions must be used within one year of the purchase date.

How do I update my billing information?

If you need to update your member billing information please visit the club and fill out a new Draft Authorization Form. You will need to bring your new billing information with you to complete this update. You can also visit to update your account information online by logging into your account.

Can I still take Group Fitness Classes if they are not included in my membership?

Yes. Members without group fitness classes included in their membership may pay $10.00 per class. Non-members are considered walk-ins and may pay $15 and register 5 minutes prior to class starting time.

How do I cancel my membership?

Once a member has completed the initial contract agreement, a cancellation request must be submitted and is effective 30 days from the date it is received by the Galaxy Fitness Club. Supporting documentation is mandatory, in addition to the cancellation request, in order to process move/medical cancellations.

*We require submitting your cancellation requests via certified mail, or in person, to ensure receipt. We further recommend retaining a copy for your records.
